Submission Guideline
Paper Submission:
Authors are invited to submit an unpublished
original work that must not have been
submitted to an other conference, workshop
or journal. All papers will be peer-reviewed
by members of the Program Committee and be
evaluated for originality, significance of
the contribution, technical correctness and
presentation.
Formatting and Publication Instructions:
Ensure that your paper adheres to the specified formatting guidelines outlined on the conference's website. Please follow the Proceedings Format, which includes specific instructions on paper structure, font style, and size, margins, and citation style. The guidelines usually provide templates in various formats (e.g., LaTeX, Word) to assist with the formatting process.

Regular Papers:
Your paper should
provide a clear, concise, and
well-structured description of your research
work. It should include an abstract,
introduction, literature review,
methodology, results, discussion, and
conclusion. Depending on the conference, you
might need to include additional sections
such as an ethical considerations statement
or an impact statement.
Originality and Double-Blind Review:
All submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical, and will be peer-reviewed. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the journal and are subject to both review and editing. Additionally, ICEBA 2024 will employ a double-blind review process, meaning that the authors' identities should be concealed from the reviewers and vice versa. Ensure that you anonymize your submission by removing any identifying information from the paper, including author names, affiliations, and acknowledgments.
Page Limit:
The paper should be at least 8 pages, Up to 10 pages including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages(from Page 11) will be charged.
Submission Methods:
1. Please submit the paper in pdf file to
the
Electronic Submission System
2. Please submit the papers/abstracts to
iceba@academic.net
Notification of Acceptance:
After the review process is complete, the conference organizers will send acceptance or rejection notifications to the authors. If your paper is accepted, you will typically receive instructions for preparing the camera-ready version and presenting your work at the conference.
